Dear friends,

we send you our warmest regards from the Jineolojî Academy in Rojava /  
Regions of Democratic Autonomy Administration in North and East Syria  
(DAANES).

We are living in very critical days that will have a decisive impact  
on the future of the peoples and especially women - not only in the  
Middle East. We are committed to resist all genocide and feminicide  
attacks targetting the existence,  the free will and the peaceful  
coexistence of the all diverse national, cultural and faith  
communities in our region.

In addition to the military attacks on our region, we are also  
confronted with a massive disinformation campaign and psychological  
warfare in the media. The voices of women and society in all parts of  
Syria, their aspirations for a new, democratic option after decades of  
dictatorship are being ignored, while Turkey has intensified its  
occupation attacks on the DAAES through airstrikes, land invasions and  
its jihadist NSA proxy army.
