‚Gender-Ideology‘ & Queer/Lesbian Resistance</span></em> (Liu/Essig/Hagai/ Bhaumik 2024), Podcastproduktionen mit Episoden wie <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Frauen und Widerstand: Erinnerung macht Mut</span></em> (Dt. Digitales Frauenarchiv
2024) und das Agieren aktivistischer Netzwerke, wie etwa zu <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Feministischen Perspektiven & Interventionen gegen die (extreme) Rechte</span></em>“ (femPI). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#101517">Solche Interventionen stehen in einer langen feministischen Tradition: Historische und aktuelle Frauenbewegungen ebenso wie Frauenforschung, Geschlechterforschung und queer-feministische
Forschung sind seit jeher <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">auch</span></em> Orte des Entwickelns und Praktizierens von Widerstehen, Widerständigkeit und Widerstand. Daher laden wir mit diesem Call dazu ein, einmal mehr daran anzuknüpfen
und zu einem vertieften Verständnis, zur Rekonstruktion und Praxis von Formen des Widerständigen insbesondere unter Bedingungen des Erstarkens autoritärer Politiken beizutragen. Denn die feministische und queer-feministische akademische Beschäftigung mit dem
Begriffsfeld von ‚Widerstand‘ kann inzwischen auf einige Jahrzehnte zurückblicken, gleichwohl wurden die Erkenntnisse, Überlegungen und Fragen selten zusammengeführt.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#101517">Im deutschsprachigen Kontext stand und steht nicht nur in öffentlichen, sondern auch in akademischen Debatten der Widerstand gegen den deutschen Faschismus häufig im Mittelpunkt.
Dabei kritisieren feministische Stimmen, dass Akteur*innen des Widerstands bis heute vor allem als männlich, militärisch, <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">weiß</span></em> und nicht-jüdisch gedacht werden. Dank feministischer und queerer
Initiativen rücken unterdessen Frauen als Akteurinnen in historischen Studien in das öffentliche Blickfeld (siehe hierzu auch die fs-Hefte 1 und 2/2023). Wirklich bekannt werden sie jedoch meist nur dann, wenn sie sich als Personen oder ihre Widerstandsformen
einfügen lassen in Geschlechterrollenklischees. Bis heute führen insbesondere medial weit verbreitete Repräsentationen die Kontinuitäten dieser stereotypen Rahmungen weiblichen Widerstands oftmals fort. Aktuell mag dies ein Zitat des Filmemachers Andreas Dresen

im Interview von ZEIT-online ins Schwärmen: „Ich habe das gelesen und ich habe mich in die Hauptfigur verliebt. Das ist so eine stille, liebenswerte, aufrechte, grundanständige, tapfere Frau, dass ich sofort Lust hatte den Film zu machen.“ Frauen im bewaffneten
Widerstand gegen Faschismus und deutsche Besatzung, wie sie die 2024 verstorbene österreichische Journalistin Ingrid Strobl mit ihren Büchern wie <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Sag nie, du gehst den letzten Weg</span></em>(1989) oder <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Die
Angst kam erst danach. Über jüdische Frauen im Widerstand 1939-1945</span></em> (1998) zeigte, finden demgegenüber höchst selten den Weg auf die Kinoleinwand. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#101517">Obschon demnach die feministische Wissensproduktion, ebenso vorangetrieben etwa durch Florence Hervé, den Blick für unterschiedlichste Formen des Widerstands gegen den Faschismus
durch eine Vielzahl an Publikationen eröffnet hat, wäre zu diskutieren, weswegen es bis heute nur vereinzelt gelingt – etwa den teils auch militanten Widerstand von Jüdinnen gegen die nazistische Besatzungs- und Vernichtungspolitik, wie ihn die kanadischen
Historikerin Judy Batalion mit ihrem Band <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Sag nie, es gäbe nur den Tod für uns. Die vergessene Geschichte jüdischer Freiheitskämpferinnen</span></em> (dt. 2021) aufgezeigt hat – in eine breitere Öffentlichkeit
zu tragen, damit ein erweitertes Verständnis von Handlungsfähigkeit aufzuzeigen und in Widerstandgeschichte(n) zu intervenieren.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#101517">Über die Auseinandersetzung mit Widerstand im Faschismus hinaus sei an den von Claudia Honegger und Bettina Heintz 1981 herausgegebenen Band <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Listen
der Ohnmacht. Eine Sozialgeschichte weiblicher Widerstandsformen </span></em>erinnert, der für Veränderungen der deutschsprachigen feministischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Begriff des Widerstands steht. Darin wird aufgezeigt, wie sich Strukturbedingungen
und Definitionen von Weiblichkeit auf Formen und Wahrnehmung von ‚Widerspenstigkeit‘ und kollektiver Aktion auswirkten. An den darin formulierten Anregungen, die Erweiterung der strukturellen Möglichkeiten und des Repertoires der Widerstandspraktiken zu nutzen
sowie die emanzipatorischen Postulate zu kombinieren für das Entwerfen und Praktizieren ‚emanzipatorischer Gegenwelten‘ – Formen, die wir hier als Widerstehen und Widerständigkeitbenennen – könnte ebenso wieder angeknüpft werden.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#101517">Die Fragen, wie Menschen in ihrem Alltag widerstehen, widerständig sind oder Widerstand leisten und auf eine Weise handeln können, die Macht untergräbt, beschäftigt (queer)-feministische
Frauenbewegungen, intersektionale Organisierung sowie feministische und queere Theorie und Politik auf vielfältige Weise: Wenn Individuen widerstehen, ist dies nicht so leicht zu erkennen wie öffentlicher und kollektiver Widerstand – wie Demonstrationen oder
Rebellionen – denn in der Regel geschieht dies versteckt, individuell und oftmals nicht politisch artikuliert. Individuelles Widerstehen im Alltag und Widerständigkeit als Intervention in Hierarchien und Normalitätsregime können jedoch auf einem Kontinuum
zwischen versteckter Subversion und öffentlichen Konfrontationen verstanden werden. Solche und weitere Aspekte werden im angloamerikanischen Raum unter der Bezeichnung ‚resistance studies‘ thematisiert; hier entstanden etwa Systematisierungen und Typologien
eines <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Conceptualizing Resistance</span></em> (Einwohner/Hollander 2004). Auch diese Beiträge können neue Beiträge dazu anregen, aufzuschlüsseln, wie etwa offene Rebellionen zustande kommen und warum sie an
manchen Orten ausbleiben. Auch ließen an Überlegungen aufgreifen, ob die Absichten oder das Bewusstsein von Widerstandsakteur*innen einerseits für eine Konzeptualisierung, andererseits für deren intervenierende oder auch transformative Kraft von Bedeutung
sind; ob es möglich ist, Macht und Widerstand zu trennen – nicht nur analytisch, sondern auch empirisch; ob sich Widerstand gegen ein Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnis oder (intersektional) gegen mehrere Machtverhältnisse gleichzeitig richtet und ob das, was
als ‚Widerstand‘ gilt, eine Frage des Risikos und der Verletzbarkeit und damit auch des Kontexts und des Diskurses oder etwas Universelles ist (vgl. Vinthagen/Johannsson 2013; Lilja 2022).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

und Widerstand</span></em>(Groß 2008), <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Kritik und Widerstand: Feministische Praktiken in androzentrischen Zeiten</span></em>(Bargetz/Fleschenberg/Kerner/Kreide/Ludwig Hrsg. 2015), <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Widerspenstige
Alltagspraxen</span></em> (Sauer 2016) oder <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Sisters in Arms</span></em> (Karcher 2017). Zudem wurden Möglichkeiten intersektionalen Widerstands diskutiert, vielfältig inspiriert durch Vorschläge zu politischem
Widerstand von bell hooks (1992) und Impulse von Audre Lorde zu <em><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Empowerment und Widerstand</span></em> (Kraft Hrsg. 2021). Somit können Artikulationen von praktischem Dissens betrachtet werden, die Erkenntnis-,
Herrschafts- und Gesellschaftskritik sowie verschiedenste Formen feministischen Widerstands – alltägliches Widerstehen, verschiedenste politische Aktionsformen (Leidinger 2015) bis hin zu einer feministischen Ausgestaltung von Militanz – verbindend in den
Blick nehmen; dies liefert zentrale Impulse für weiterführende Studien.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
